A Saturday Full of Lenten Gatherings

This Saturday was a busy day of reflective and restorative Lenten gatherings. We began in the early morning with a beloved Christ Church tradition, our Lenten Reflection Day. Many gathered - some from as far as Virginia - to be with others as Reverend Kirk Kubicek shared his perspective on our theme for 2024, Be a Joyful Gift to Others.

Later that morning, others gathered at St. John's in Ellicott City for a Labyrinth Walk, a wonderfully meditative process to help center us during the season of Lent. Both of these helped us “return to God with our whole heart.”
