Christ Church's Annual Auction - Begins October 26
An Evening in Paris, the Christ Church Auction, begins on October 26 - yes that is just
over one month from now! And the Silent and Live Auction, as well as the ever-popular 50/50 auction, will take place on Saturday evening, November 2.
The most important date to remember right now is October 6. Between now and then, please enter your donations so the committee can finalize the catalog.
There are two ways you can do this:
You can enter them directly into the Auction website using this page on the Christ Church website: www.christchurchcolumbia.org/auction. Then click on the "Donation" link and fill out the short form. Please attach photos if you are providing your own (if you are a new donor, please click that box and fill out that information as well).
You can send info about your donation to the Auction Committee an email - auction@christchurchcolumbia.org. Please include 1) your name, 2) the name of the item you are donating, 3) a brief description of it, 4) the fair market value, 5) if there is a minimum price for this item, and pictures if you are taking your own. If you have never donated to the auction, please include your email address, your actual address and your phone number. Any questions? Drop us an email at auction@christchurchcolumbia.org.
Save these important dates:
Enter donations on the Auction website by Sunday, October 6 (no deliveries just yet!)
Drop off items needing to be photographed by the CEC Auction team between October 6-13
Drop off all other donations Friday, Nov 1 (noon to 7 pm) and Sat. (9 am to noon)
The online auction runs from October 26 - November 1
