November 3 at 6 p.m. in New Brick
Next Sunday - November 3, the Sunday before Election Day - is our November Taizé worship, which will center around the vital importance of peace. Reverend Emmanuel Mercer and Canon Kristofer Lindh-Payne will lead us and share devotions. We will pray for the people of this nation: for acceptance, healing, and reconciliation. We'll ask the Lord to bind and unite us in the bonds of democracy, help us in our quest for justice, truth, and liberty, and remind us to engage with one another not with hatred or bitterness, but with love.
Taizé Vespers is a very special service each month that could not come at a more important time in November, so we encourage every individual - no matter where you might sit on the political spectrum - to gather and share in this prayerful gathering of peace and unity.
