The Christ Church Health Ministry in Action!

Last weekend was a busy one for the Christ Church Health Ministry, as we took part in two events on Saturday, June 8th. First, to help raise awareness for mental health, Christ Church parishioners Diane Phillips LaGuerre and Greg Schuckman went to the spring NAMIWalk in Cockeysville early that morning and took part in the walk to help this important cause. Not only that, but Christ Church, as a whole, raised funds totaling several times more than their established goal, as well! Later that morning, the CEC Cycling Group gathered for their Saturday ride, and had 17 people in all! We do this every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, so meet us at the church at 9 a.m. with your bike and helmet, and ride with us. It's wonderful to see so many people take advantage of the nice weather, and getting outside in the name of health and wellness - but there's plenty of room for you, too!
